When I was a kid I saved bits of junk I found - bolts, wires, bits of metal, etc. - in the hope that I’d be able to build a robot eventually. I didn’t get any farther than I would have with a piece of broken pipe.
Colin, I built a robot out of a plastic cart on a rolling tray, pieces of action figure play sets, a portable tape deck and paper towel rolls. I was so sad when I couldn’t figure out what I was missing to make him “go.”
